At Hail Your Hair, we understand that if it’s not for you, then it’s not for you. We’re so confident that you will be as obsessed with our hair tools as we are that our returns policy is longer than the industry standard.

Our no-hassle returns process means you can return your item to us within 60 days of the delivery date if it is in new, unused condition, with all original packaging still intact.

In order to start your return, please get in touch with us at contact@hailyourhair.co.uk. State your name and order number, and we will generate a return slip for you – easy!

For sanitary reasons, if you have used the heated hair tool, you are unfortunately not eligible for a refund. For additional questions or inquiries, email contact@hailyourhair.co.uk and our team will be happy to assist.
