The time at which your card will be charged will depend on the payment method you have chosen at checkout. If you've paid by debit or credit card, your card will be charged immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. If your card is not authorised, we will not take any funds from your account, and we'll send an email to inform you that your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment.

You can easily track your order on the courier's website using the tracking number found in your out for delivery email.

If you haven’t received your order or have any issues with the delivery of your products, please email the team at contact@hailyourhair.co.uk.

We aim to deliver all orders placed before 12pm (Monday-Friday) with Next Day Delivery and should arrive following working day. However, all order after 12pm will be sent out the following working day. You can track your parcel using the tracking number found in your out for delivery email.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer next day delivery for offshore locations, including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

Deliveries won’t be made on UK public holidays, including December: 24th, 25th, 26th and 1st January.

When the estimated date of your delivery has elapsed, please allow an extra 3 working days for your order to be delivered. Our courier can experience busy periods that may cause a slight delay in your delivery. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link for the most recent updates.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve received the wrong item! We’d like to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, and the easiest way to do this is to contact the team and request a refund. To start your refund process, get in touch with us at contact@hailyourhair.co.uk. State the issue, your name, and order number, and we will generate a return slip for you.

At Hail Your Hair, our returns policy is longer than the industry standard. Our no-hassle returns process means you can return your item to us within 60 days of the delivery date if it is in new, unused condition, with all original packaging still intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We hope you're happy with your Hail Your Hair purchase. However, if you decide it's not quite right for you, you have 60 days to return your items for free. Email our Customer Service Team at contact@hailyourhair.co.uk to request your returns form.

Our Hail Your Hair Straighteners are robust and designed to last, and with the right treatment and care, you will buy once and enjoy for many years.

· Once you’ve finished using your Hail Your Hair Straightener,
switch it off, carefully pop on the heat guard and unplug from the power supply.

· Repeat after us: do not wrap the cord around your styler to
store it. Instead, roll the cord up separately!

· Before you put your Hail Your Hair Straightener away, ensure
it is fully cooled or has been placed in the heat guard provided.

· Don’t forget about the bag! To keep your straightener neat and
extra secure, you can place it back in its pouch once it’s cooled down.

· Never leave your Hail Your Hair straightener unattended

Don't forget, Your Hail Your Hair tools are electrical appliances that reach very high temperatures, and despite our added safety features, it's important to handle them with care. Here are a few tips on how to enjoy your tools safely. 

· When the appliance is used in the bathroom, unplug it after use. The proximity of the water presents a hazard even when the appliance is switched off.

· Burn hazard. Keep the appliance out of reach from young children, particularly during use and cool down.

· Always place the appliance on a heat-resistant, stable, flat surface.

· Always switch off and unplug after use.

Neglecting the ceramic surfaces on your Hair Straightener and Curling Tong can lead to a build-up of dirt and grime, which can impact the quality of your tool and may also cause
damage to your hair.

To start cleaning your styler, you'll need to ensure it's been unplugged and has cooled down. You can then use a small amount of nail varnish remover on a clean cloth or cotton pad to wipe down the ceramic plates. Alternatively, you may use wet wipes. However, we recommend using biodegradable ones. And remember, you'll need to wait several hours before plugging in and using.

Never use water or water-based cleaners on your heated hair tools - this could be
extremely dangerous.

Yes, you can! The Hail Your Hair tools have been designed to withstand variable electrical currents, so you can achieve great hair from wherever you are in the world using the appropriate travel adapter. 

To avoid any disappointment, we suggest checking the voltage available in your destination before you travel..

Keep your heated hair tool safe with the dust bag that comes with it. This protective bag will help to reduce the risk of scratching and damage while keeping your wires nicely compact.

All of our products come with a UK 3 pin plug.

If you suspect your item is faulty, please email contact@hailyourhair.co.uk and we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Do not use the product further, including plugging into mains or turning it on.

Under no circumstance should you tamper with the product as it will void your warranty.

The Hail Your Hair Straightener plates are made of ceramic, allowing the straighteners to glide through the hair without pulling and tugging, reducing breaking and damage. Ceramic also heats up quickly and evenly, requiring fewer passes through the hair whilst creating a style that will last.

All of our Hail Your Hair product have been built to last and only the highest quality components have been used to ensure safe, effective and long-lasting performance. Each and every Hail Your Hair tool has been tested before leaving the factory. However, should your styler prove to be ineffective in any way due to faulty workmanship or materials within a 36-month period of purchasing it, then, at its sole discretion and subject to the terms of this guarantee, Hail Your Hair undertakes to fully repair or replace the styler.

Please keep the original copy of your proof of purchase in a safe place for the duration of the 36- month warranty period.

Some exclusions do apply, and the warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear
- Abnormal use
- Improper storage and care
- If purchased for an unauthorised reseller or second hand
- If a third party has attempted repairs or modifications

Your product comes automatically registered with warranty. You do not need to manually register it.
